This return policy applies to all products purchased through this Shopify store, powered by Printful. Because your order is custom-made for you, we typically only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product.

Return/Exchange Eligibility:

Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect, such as a typo, tear, or other major defect.
Damage in Shipping: The product arrived damaged during transit. You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.

Incorrect Size/Style: You ordered the wrong size or design. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We provide size charts and detailed product descriptions to help you choose the right items.

Minor Variations: Slight variations in color or print placement are normal in the custom printing process and are not considered defects.

Address Issues: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address you provided, we will not reship the order. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order to a corrected address.

How to initiate a return/exchange:
